Pay for 6 months at a time, and we'll drop the rate to $15.00 per month. With a Virtual Domain, we will also accept e-mail to your domain and give you up to 10 e-mail addresses (additional addresses can be added for an additional fee).

Bulk E-Mail / Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE) Services - Not Permitted

We do not permit any of our equipment to be used for sending of Bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail (commonly referred to as Spam) of any kind (Please see our Acceptable Use Policy). If you utilize our mail servers and/or our dial-up accounts for sending of bulk e-mail or UCE, we will consider this a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy and may cancel your account as a result. If you send a bulk e-mail or UCE of any kind from any place that directs people to an account or web page housed on any of our equipment, we will consider this a use of our Bulk e-mail services as well. This includes correspondence sent from other places on the Internet which directs the recipient to a web page housed on any of our servers (including www.frazmtn.com addresses and any domains for which we provide name services or internet access) as well as any correspondence that references a frazmtn.com e-mail address or any e-mail address at any domain for which we provide name services or internet access (whether the address is functional or not functional).

Additionally, by using any of our equipment (mail servers, dial-up equipment, routers, circuits, or any other computer equipment owned or operated by Frazier Mountain Internet Service) to send bulk e-mail and/or UCE, you agree to pay us our Bulk e-mail fees. Bulk e-mail fees are $.05 for each piece of e-mail sent via our equipment, plus $5.00 for each e-mail complaint we receive as a result of your Bulk e-mail or UCE (whether our equipment was used or not to send the original correspondence).

We define bulk e-mail as any e-mail sent to more than 25 recipients, unless the e-mail is for a mailing list to which the recipients have specifically requested to be subscribed. This covers messages sent individually to more than 25 recipients as well as messages addressed to multiple recipients. We do not consider a mailing list subscription to include a non-response to a message asking to confirm that the person does not want to be subscribed to a mailing list - We only respect mailing list subscription requests that were initiated by the recipient.

We define Unsolicited Commercial E-mail to be any e-mail message that is sent to anybody advertising a web page or any other commercial service or product that was not explicitly requested by the recipient. We do not include in this definition UCE e-mail which is sent directly to people with whom you already have an established existing business relationship.

We also consider postings to Newsgroups to be UCE if they are advertising any commercial product, service or web page and are not posted to a Newsgroup which explicitly allows such postings.

If you are in doubt as to whether or not your correspondence may fall under our Bulk e-mail/ UCE service, we highly encourage you to contact us BEFORE you send out the questionable correspondence.
